So far so good.🌷I'm 43 been a big girl most my life. Since I was a teenager I wanted a ab machine. Bought a roller. Used it. But no pain in my stomech. A trainer told me if you don't feel sore. You're not exersizeing the right way. I barely set it up this machine. It was on the hardest level. Which is on the taller level. I couldnt do one. Lol! So i put it on the lowest. I did 8 I had to use one leg to roll my fat self up. Than i figured before i can roll myself up i had to give it all i got. Lol! Which makes it a good challenge. I feel a tiny bit sore in my abs. Because I did 6 minus my leg haha! I have lost weight before and i know once you get adjusted it becomes more effective along the way. I looked at the viedo to assemble. Was easy. Not noisy at all. Which i love the not noisy machine. I live in an apartment complex so some of my neighbors can't complain about the noise. Becuase they can't hear me. The kness a little wabbly. I used both tools to tighten the knees area on each side. But perhaps its wabbly for a reason. As long as its not noisy and don't break and performs in edition to help me loose weight? I ain't complaing. I have a feeling this machine will help me to do what it's meant to do. You either get hooked to doing exersize and carry your unhealthy fat or not fat self around eating junkfood and being lazy not feeling good. Or do exersize get skinny or being skinny and strong not lazy eating healthy food and feel good. So far so good. Looking forward to wanting to lean more on the feeling good side of life. I think it saves money and is a cheaper alternative than the gym. Along with other sorts of exersize. 🤟😎👍

Haven’t used yet, but arrival condition not desirableUpdate: this is since I set the unit up. Actually it works phenomenal. Thank God, I was able to get to the highest level on day two. But I just need to be consistent because I’ve seen the results for people on TikTok. A little bit of a challenge when getting the product but the product works well!
1st Review:
So far, I’m just putting it together and haven’t actually used it yet. However, I already have a few challenges.
First, it showed up with the pink foam having several dirt stains on it. One side had a dirt stains and the other side had a grease stain. I’m not sure how that happened because it doesn’t look like someone used it before but I’m not happy that it showed up on my pink foam like that and I haven’t even used it. I have no idea how to get that out.
Also, the instructions were so small that I had to blow them up on my copy machine. The diagram is kind of light as well so I had to blow that up so that I could see how to put it together.
The next challenge is that the instructions reference specific numbers for the parts but, on their packing list, there are no numbers that are connected to their pieces. So what’s the point of putting numbers in the instructions to reference a part if it doesn’t have a number for the part in the packing list? It also references numbers for the individual bolts, but yet again it doesn’t even list out the screws that are included and no numbers are associated with those either.
I am figuring out as I go and I’m excited to use it because I saw so many people on TikTok had wonderful success.
At least it did show up pretty quickly compared to what people are saying on TikTok in regards to shipping from there.
But they should make sure that the product comes in a better condition without dirt and grease stains on the colored foam.
Also the instructions should be larger. The numbers in the instructions should also reference numbers for the individual parts on the part list. Plus, if they’re gonna put numbers for the screws, they need to list out all the screws and the number that’s associated with it.
Hopefully I’ll have a better experience using it than putting it together thus far.
